High on a bluff between the Taípe Rio beaches (Arraial d'Ajuda) and Rio da Barra (Trancoso), Terravista complex meets today: The Condominium Villa Vista Golf, Terravista Vilas, Hotel Club Med Trancoso, Txai Resort, one of the best golf courses in South America and an airport with paved track that receives private and charter jets.
The condominium Terravista is located nine Km from the funky and exclusive village of Trancoso. South of Bahia offers in addition to beautiful beaches, restaurants and bars with refinement and local cuisine.

The Condominium Villavista Golf has 89 grounds. Each plot has an average of 2,200 m². The architectures of these houses are free, at the option of each owner. The Pindorama was prepared through the owner's concept, and the idea developed by a respected Bahian architect named Arq.Sidney Quintela.
The house has 04 suits in 491 square meters area built.
The house is divided into three independent modules, which forms na "L." All blocks have proximity to wonderful pool semi-Olympic lane pool and small beach for children. The first block at the entrance of the house, downstairs we have: Tv and dinning room, food pantry, linen room, kitchen. Upstairs, two suites. Environmental awareness
Another important feature of this design is the built-in environmental awareness. For example: all timber and tiles are wood certified. The water used in the house is the artesian well, with treatment plant; there is also a rainwater catchment system for house cleaning and garden maintenance.
In addition, the residence is only 20% supported on the ground, not to harm the land impermeability.
The entire lighting has presence sensor. Not to mention the large spans and glass frames of the project that focus on natural lighting and ventilation.
